GACS
Gamed Communication System
 GACS
is an online communication system between the database and a
virtually unlimited number of communication partners which use
an IP-stream to communicate with the database. GACS operates
with user defined telegram structures and routes telegrams
from the stream partners to the database and from the database
to the communication partners sitting at the end of an IP
stream.

GtraX
Material Tracking
In the production process, the material tracking is a basic functionality
for optimisation, visualisation and documentation. The purpose
of a continuous material tracking is:

to trace each piece and production unit through the whole
process
·
to deliver a correct and current view of the material flow to
operators and other systems
·
to assign quality and process data to traced pieces and units
·
to send directives automatically to other systems at defined
conditions
Through its parametrisation and flexible architecture, GtraX is used in
any plant topology considering specific material flows. The
whole production area will be divided into tracking sections
and zones, where the material movement is acquired by events.
This method offers a fast tracking also in processes, where
the material itself has no material ID.
